Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, complete with any labels or documentation included.
A proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be authorized before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at artopianoise@gmail.com, including photos of the issue.
We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-returnable Items

Due to the nature of our work, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Limited edition or collectible design objects

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without providing any reason, in accordance with EU regulations.

The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
Please note that this right does not apply to limited edition or collectible items, as permitted under EU consumer law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
